Missouri OnSite Testing, LLC provides immediate onsite urine testing. Urine testing will detect recent drug use within the last 72 hours. Urine sample testing is the only testing method approved for federally-mandated drug testing. Missouri OnSite Testing LLC can also offer immediate urine testing for instant negative results when needed.
Missouri OnSite Testing offers onsite instant saliva alcohol and breathalyzer testing. The test is performed onsite by our DOT certified sample collectors to obtain immediate results that are compliant with the Department of Transportation specifications for bodily fluids screening for alcohol. When positive saliva tests are acquired, DOT requires an alcohol breathalyzer confirmation. We can customize an alcohol testing program to manage your post-accident, pre-employment, or reasonable suspicion testing.
Instant or Point of Collection Testing (POCT)
Missouri OnSite Testing can offer instant drug testing with a standard 5 or 10 panel drug test. With our portable breathalyzer we can perform on instant on-site alcohol test. Instant drug testing using a urine sample that displays negative results will be available same day; however, some specimens will have to go to the lab for further testing with results coming back in 2 – 3 business days. We offer point of collection testing (POCT) and instant drug tests to employers, government agencies, staffing companies, and individuals.
Hair testing is performed by collecting approximately 90 to 120 strands of hair that are removed at the scalp. The collected sample is then secured in a sample container, and the collector completes the chain-of-custody documentation. The collected sample of hair is then analyzed for any specific drug molecules that can be found embedded inside the hair strand. A hair test can detect a larger scale of drugs than a urine sample. As your hair grows, it is fed by nutrients supplied from the bloodstream. The hair sample holds a chronological record of everything the body has ingested over time including drugs. A hair sample allows testing of drug use within the last 90 days. A hair sample is quick to extract; however, it takes a little longer than a urine or breathalyzer sample for results. Negative results are usually returned within 48-71 hours with positive results taking up to an additional 72 hours.
Drugs that can be detected by a hair sample test are: amphetamines, methamphetamines, ecstasy, marijuana, cocaine, opiates (morphine, codeine, 6-acetylmorphine), and phencyclidine (PCP).
